'Token not found' error message
Email verification is required for for security reasons by the Company Watch Platform. Users can complete verification in 2 ways:
- On first log in, the platform will prompt the new user to provide the required email information and the platform will send a verification link via email. This includes first log in with a recently updated email, that has not completed verification.
- In ‘My Account’ area on the platform, users can update the email address associated with their licence - once submitted the platform will send a verification link to the new email address.
Email verification must be completed within 24 hours of submitting email information where prompted, or the platform will require the user to use a new verification link. The following error message will appear when the verification link has expired:
How to resolve this issue:
To generate a new verification link, simply open a new tab on your browser and login to the Company Watch platform again. The platform will ask for email confirmation once again before issuing a new verification link to you.
We advise users to action the verification link in the email provided as soon as possible, within 24 hours, to successfully access the Company Watch platform.
