Winding up Petition Application (WUPA) notification triggers

The Company Watch platform will display a warning for Winding up Petition Application (WUPA) data in the notifications banner of a company, for one or more of the following reasons:

•    The WUPA application is not older than 2 months.
•    The WUPA not withdrawn.
•    The company is not currently under financial distress or suspended strike-off.
•    There is no existing winding-up petition (WUP) notification (advertised or unadvertised).
