Will Judgments that have been removed from the Register, also be removed from the records of Credit Rating Agencies?
For Judgments that have been removed from the Register (either set aside by the court, paid within one calendar month or it has expired by having already been on the register for six years), Credit Reference Agencies are obliged to reflect the status of the public Register in their records.
There may be a slight delay as Registry Trust Limited need to pass that data on to the Credit Reference Agencies and it needs to be processed by them, but the delay is generally minimal.
