Who can see if a County Court Judgment (CCJ) is registered against me?

The Register of Judgments is a public register, and anyone can check the register for a small fee. Your name and address and or business name and address is visible, along with the court and case number, date and amount owed. If the judgment was paid after one calendar month, then the judgment is marked as satisfied and the satisfaction date is also visible. If the judgment was paid within one calendar month, then the judgment will have been removed from the register and there will no longer be any record of it. What is not visible is to whom you owe the debt to.
