What's the key difference between a Winding Up Petition Application (WUPA) and an Unadvertised Winding Up Petition (UWUP)?

A Winding-Up Petition is a legal action that can be taken against a company by one of its creditors or by the government if the company owes money. An Unadvertised Winding-Up Petition (UWUP) is one which hasn’t officially been advertised in the London Gazette.
