Why this happens
Missing contributing factors are usually caused by a delay in data processing or system synchronisation. While the PoD®score itself may be available immediately, the detailed breakdown can take additional time to populate.
What You Should Do
If contributing factors are not available please Check again the next morning as missing contributing factors are typically populated the following morning.
When to Contact Support
If the contributing factors are still unavailable after 24 hours:
- Contact customer support for further investigation.
- Provide the Company Name and Registration number with this issue
