What are UK Acquisitions?

UK Acquisitions include all UK public companies and UK public company acquisitions of both public and non-public companies. 

UK Acquisitions can be accessed on the Company Watch Platform via the UK Acquisitions menu item found within the Company Info section. Data includes the date of acquisition, the acquired company name and registration number. (Note: the acquired company can be accessed via a hyperlink if the entity is a UK company). Also included is the consideration amounts if available. Some contact details regarding the acquisition and some free text narrative explaining the deal. Note that the data relates to a recent acquisition, the details may not have been updated at Companies House.

In addition, all Acquisitions appear as a “Information” type Notification on the Health Profile.

The data originates from the London Stock Exchange with the frequency of update around a couple of times per week.
