Strengths & Weaknesses - Overview
Located in the Financial Health Assessment menu item you will find the Strengths & Weaknesses section.
Here you can view the H-Score® graph with the first level of drill-down to understand how the H-Score® is calculated, looking at the contribution of the various elements of the Accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet) to the H-Score®.
The Summary Strengths & Weaknesses chart (on the right-hand sight) shows the 3 key components of the H-Score. These summarise the 7 individual factors by which the financial health of the company is measured. The 3 key components are: Profit Management; Asset Management (Liquidity, Inventory & Receivables, Current Asset Cover); and Funding Management (Equity Base, Current Funding, Debt Dependency).
Historical H-Scores, Risk Rating and Industry Average are also available here together with both the 1 year and 3 years Probability of Distress (PoD).
