Someone on my team is leaving, has left or no longer requires access to the CW platform. How can I request this access to be removed?
User Licence termination
Deactivation requests can be submitted to the support team along with the following information so we can locate the user on our systems:
- Account name
- User full name
- User email address
- Username of the user
- Confirm the date for deactivation
Note on portfolios:
Once a user is deactivated, any portfolios associated with that user licence will also be deactivated unless portfolios have been transferred to another active user on the account. Any email alerts associated with the user's portfolios will also be deactivated.
If the user has any portfolios not already shared with a new owner, please provide details of the portfolio name and which user the portfolio needs to be transferred to.
Account Termination
If you wish to terminate your entire agreement with us, then this should be made in writing to your account manager ahead of your renewal notice period to avoid auto-renewal (where auto-renewal agreed).

If the users have not left your company yet, they can deactivate their user licence themselves by accessing their profile on ‘my account’ area on the Company Watch platform – see this KB article for more information to share with your team.
