The portfolio monitoring tool is a great way to easily track all the companies you are interested in, and receive email alerts when something changes (e.g. filings at Companies House, profit warnings, notice of intention to appoint administrator, or changes to the H-Score®).

How to create a portfolio

1. Click the monitor icon at the top right-hand side of the Angelia dashboard.

2. Click 'Create a new portfolio'.

3. Name your portfolio and add an optional description. Next, click create.

4. Add companies to the portfolio one by one using their Registered Company name, or import companies in bulk using Companies House registration numbers. You can import companies by entering one registration number, and optionally, one reference note per line (you can import a maximum of 5000 companies at a time). Alternatively, you can upload a CSV file with registration numbers and optional reference notes.

5. Click 'Next: Alert setup'.

6. Set up the changes you wish to monitor - note that you can customise parameters, e.g. increase in Credit Limit by XX%, notification of Mortgage charges satisfied, etc., or you can select to receive all notifications relating to a particular category of event.

7. Set the email address/addresses which should receive notifications, or disable notifications if you prefer to view changes within the Company Watch platform.

8. Review the Portfolio and use the back button on-screen to edit the portfolio. Once you are happy, click finish.

Do not use the back button on your browser as this may cause you to exit create portfolio mode and lose any changes you have made!
