Platform Usage Report: Definitions
Useful information to help you understand your Company Watch platform usage report
Information supplied in Company Watch platform usage reports will vary depending on access permissions in line with current agreements. If you spot usage in your report
that doesn't align to your agreement or you have any questions, please talk to your dedicated Account Manager,
View Company Usage Information:

Definition |

First Name |
The first name of the user assigned to their user licence. This information is provided at onboarding. |

Last Name |
The surname of the user assigned to their user licence. This information is provided at onboarding. |
|
Username |
Assigned to the user licence at onboarding, usual format ‘firstnamelastname’. |
|
Account |
The name of the account (usually you Company Name) associated to the user licence with usage. |

Event |
The type of usage logged (see below table for further definitions) |

Company |
The name of the company record used on the CW platform. Where applicable, this will match to Companies House information. |

Reg Number |
The registered number of the Company. Where applicable, this will match to Companies House information. . |
|
Database |
The Company Watch Database where the usage item was logged against. |
|
Date |
The date when the event occurred. |

View Company |
This action relates to a User viewing a Company Profile, having already searched and selected the appropriate company. When there are multiple entries recorded for the same company on a given day, this represents either a different User accessing the same Company Profile, or the same User navigating multiple pages within the same Company Profile. |

download_full_report |
The number of times a User, associated with your company, has opted to download a Company Report from the Company Watch platform. The User can format this download to their requirements, ranging from a Full Report, Custom Report, Single Page or by using a Custom Template (each User has up to 3 templates to create and save). |

The number of times a User, associated with your company, has Downloaded a Companies House Document from the Company Profile of a specified company. These documents are categorised in the "Documents Filed" page in the Company Profile. |

A User has accessed a company record or Director record in Company Watch systems to View Director information only |
|
search_director
|
The number of times a User, associated with your company, has searched for a Director record in the Company Watch database via the platform Search bar. |

view_experiment
|
The number of times a User, associated with your company, has viewed a saved Experiment in the Company Watch platform, which is associated against a particular company. Note a user must first View company in order to access the Experiment tool |

The number of times a User, associated with your company has created a new ‘Experiment’ in the Company Watch platform, which is associated against a particular company. |

download_annual_accounts_report
|
The number of times a User, associated with your company , has downloaded annual accounts available in the ‘Documents Filed’ menu item. |

create_portfolio
|
The number of times a User, associated with your company, has created a new Portfolio to monitor a single or multiple companies for specified changes. Changes that meet the Portfolio criteria will trigger an Email Alert. |

view_company_phoenix |
The number of times a User, associated with your company, has viewed Phonexism data available for a company under the ‘Phonexism’ menu item. |
