My details have changed. How can I have this information updated?
You can provide updated information for your user profile within the ‘my accounts’ area on the platform:
- Email address – please note your email address must comply with our user email policy and be associated to the approved domain for your account.
- Password
- Job Title
- Department
If you require changes to your username or you would like one of the support team to make profile changes for you, please contact the support desk. You will need to provide the following information to help us find you on our systems:
- Company Name (known also as Account Name)
- Company Watch Username
- Associated email address
- Details of required changes
Please do not use this feature to transfer your licence to another user on your team.
