If the registration link has expired, do I register again?

The magic link generated as part of the registration process through the onboarding application is valid for 24 hours only. If you haven’t actioned the link within 24 hours you will need to resubmit your registration again via the onboarding application as your licence will not have been created on our systems.

When you have actioned the link you will receive a second email to confirm your user licence details. These details will be captured on our systems and appear on your ‘my account settings’ area on our platform.
