If my licence is not verified, do I create a new licence through the onboarding portal?

The onboarding application is only for brand new user licence registration and not for reactivations or account updates. 

When unverified users attempt to log into to the Company Watch platform, the platform will trigger a verification process and provide guidance on next steps to complete verification.
