If I have an account registered to an old email address, do I create a new licence through the onboarding application?
The onboarding application is only for brand new user licence registration and not for reactivations or account updates.
If a user already has a licence with us that is active - we advise they log into their Company Watch account and update their registered email within their 'My account settings area'. They can then verify this new email to update the details on their licence. This article may be useful.
