If I have an account but I don’t know my password, do I create a new licence through the onboarding application?
The onboarding application is only for brand new user licence registration and not for reactivations or licence updates.
If a user already has a licence with us that is active and verified, then they can use the ‘Forgot password’ feature on our platform log in page to reset their password themselves. See this article.
If the user licence is not verified and they do not know their password then we advise they contact the support desk so we can advise further.
