I tried to access a feature or database on the CW platform and I got an “authorisation error” message, what does it mean?
Authorisation error message means that You might not have permissions to access the database or feature you are trying to use.
User permissions are agreed during the registration and renewal process. Please check internally first to see if your current subscription includes access to that database.
