I requested a password reset using the ‘forgot password?’ feature but I have not yet received my email.

There are 2 possible reasons for this:

  1. The email might be in your spam folder or has been blocked. If you cannot find it in your spam folder, please contact your IT department to make sure the Company Watch domain (companywatch.net) is allowed.
  2. You might have not verified your email. Password changes or Forgot password functionality are only allowed once you have verified your email address

If your issue persists then please contact the support team with details of your username and email address so one of the team can take a look.
