I have forgotten my password, what should I do?

All users must have a valid and verified email address to access the Company Watch Platform and so you will be able to reset yourself a new password by selecting the ‘Forgot Password’ option located at the bottom of the login screen.


If your email address is not verified then please contact the support team, providing your email address and company watch username to be assisted further.


Please note that if the system has detected that your email address is not verified when you do log in, then you will be guided through the steps to complete verification when you next log in.
