I have emailed the support team but i have not received any response after 3 working days

Email enquiries that have been successfully received by the support desk will receive an automated response providing a unique Support Ticket ID number that is assigned to their enquiry. See example below:

This automated response may be found in your Junk mailbox.

 

If this automated response has not been received, we advise that you send a fresh email with a new subject line along with full details of your enquiry (inc screenshots where applicable) to support@companywatch.net to ensure the support team are aware of your enquiry.
