I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

On the log-in page of the Company Watch platform you will find the “Forgot Password” button. Select and follow the instructions.

Please note that this feature can only be used by users with a verified email address.

If you are not sure if your email address is verified then please contact the support team providing details of the email address associated with your user licence and account name, and one of the team will be able to advise you further.

Once you have successfully logged in, the platform will then guide you through the steps you need to take to verify your email.
