According to our data collection policy, shareholder information is updated whenever a confirmation statement (CS01) is filed by the company to Companies House. Please make sure the company has filed the relevant document with the updated information.
You can check the company’s filing history on the Angelia platform:
- Navigate to the company page,
- Select “Company Info” on the left hand side menu
- Select “Documents Filed” (see image below)
You can also find Shareholder information on Companies House:
- Navigate to https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk:
- Search for the company required
- You can then select “Filing history” and select 'Confirmation Statements'
Note that once the document is filed at Companies House, it will take up to 7 working days for the change to show on the Company Watch platform. If after this time this update does not appear on Company Watch platform, please contact our support team.
