According to our data collection policy, group structure information is updated whenever annual accounts and confirmation statement (CS01) is filed by the company. Please make sure the company has filed to Companies House the relevant document with the updated information
You can check the company’s filing history on the Angelia platform:
Navigate to the company page, go to “Company Info” and click on “Document Filed” (see image below)
You can also find this information on https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk: search for the company and select “Filing history”.
Note that once the document is filed at Companies House, it will take up to 7 working days for the change to show on our system.If after this time Company Watch has not updated our systems, please contact our support team
