According to our data collection policy, Director information is updated whenever a new Change of the detail of a director document (CH01) is filed by the company to Companies House. Please make sure the company has filed the relevant document with the updated information.
You can check the company’s filing history on the Angelia platform:
- Navigate to the company page,
- Select “Company Info” on the left hand side menu
- Select “Documents Filed” (see image below)
You can also find Director information on Companies House:
- Navigate to https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk:
- Search for the company required
- You can then select “Filing history” and filter by 'Officers'
OR, Select "People" and then select the tab 'Officers' to view the latest Director information.
Note that once the required document is filed at Companies House, it will take up to 7 working days for the change to show on the Company Watch platform. If after this time Company Watch has not updated our systems, please contact our support team.
