I am experiencing issues accessing my Company Watch account, how can I resolve this?

In most cases, Users can resolve the most common access issues themselves by trying one (or more) of the following tips:

  • Try entering your credentials again ensuring there are no spaces entered.
  • Do not copy & paste your credentials into the log in panel.
  • If you are using Internet Explorer 11, try a different internet browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
  • Ensure that your email address associated with your account is verified to enable you to reset your own password
