How many attempts to log in will I have before I am locked out?

If 5 failed log in attempts are made within a 10 minute period, you will be locked out of your Company Watch account. You will be able to attempt log in a 6th time after 2 minutes. We would advise users to refresh their webpage before their 6th attempt.

To avoid being locked out, here are some top tips:

• Try entering your credentials again ensuring there are no spaces entered.
• Do not copy & paste your credentials into the log in panel.
• If you are using Internet Explorer 11, please try a different internet browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
