How many attempts to log in will I have before I am locked out?

The platform will lock users out for 10 minutes after 5 failed log in attempts.

After 10 minutes has passed you can attempt to log in again, we would advise users to refresh the webpage before re-typing credentials.

To avoid being locked out, here are some top tips:

• Try entering your credentials again ensuring there are no spaces entered.
• Do not copy & paste your credentials into the log in panel.
