FAQs: Stela Ai Assistant
From January 2026, users of the Company Watch 'Angelia' platform will be able to get their questions answered faster with the release of a chatbot powered by Stela Ai, the Company Watch Ai Assistant.
Will the Ai Chatbot be able to answer questions about my user licence, including access issues or requests to access new features?
The Ai Chatbot will be able to provide users with information on the registration process and other FAQs, but it will not be able to review licence information or make changes to a users access levels. The Company Watch Support team are available via our support desk to assist you with access enquiries or your dedicated account manager.
What sort of information will the Stela Ai chatbot be able to provide to users?
Using information sourced from various resources such as the Company Watch Knowledgebase and Website resource hub, the Ai Assistant will be able to provide answers to products, features and services where information is published to our customers.
How do I find the Ai Chatbot?
The Ai Chatbot can be found in the bottom right corner of the screen for users accessing the Company Watch ‘Angelia’ Platform. Users of the Company Watch international platform or Data Builder will not find the chatbot and are advised to return to the main platform to use this feature.
I asked a question that the chatbot couldn’t answer. What do I do now?
Following initial release, Company Watch will be continuously working on the chatbot to improve customer experience. If your question has not been answered, then please send your enquiry through to the support team or contact your account manager so one of the team can assist you further.
My chat has suddenly disappeared from the AI Assistant. What do I do now?
If your conversation has vanished, the current session has likely been reset. The AI Chatbot is designed to remove your previous chat history automatically if any of the following actions occur:
- Refreshing the page: Reloading the browser window clears the session.
- Pressing "End Chat": Clicking this button will terminate the conversation.
- Logging out: Signing out of your account closes the current session.
