Data Builder Extract Limits

All users with access to the Data Builder tool can extract up to 40,000 records per day, per user.

You can create extract files within Data Builder in two ways:

  • Manually – Generate files as needed

  • Scheduled – Set up automated extracts to run at specific times

All extracts within the same calendar day (manual and/or scheduled) count toward the 40,000 daily record limit.

Important Reminder

If your scheduled extracts reach the 40,000 record limit in a single day, you will not be able to create any additional extract files until the following day.

For Higher Volume Requirements

Data Builder is designed for standard extract needs. If you require:

  • High-volume data extracts

  • More advanced or automated data delivery

  • Large-scale integrations

We recommend exploring alternative Company Watch solutions such as:

  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  • API access

  • Datafeeds
