Company Watch Support Desk- Email Delivery Guidance
Top tips if you are experiencing issues receiving email responses from the Company Watch support team
- Check your Spam/Junk folder and move any emails found in the Junk
folder from Company Watch back to your inbox. This tells the inbox
where to place any emails from Company Watch in the future. - Add the Company Watch Support email address to your email client
address book (support@companywatch.net) this tells your inbox that
it should expect to receive emails coming from the Company Watch
Support address. Each email client has a different process for adding
email addresses, so please speak to your IT team who should be able
to help. - Request your IT/Email team to add the Company Watch email
sending domain to your allow list. This tells your email server that it
should expect to receive emails from any Company Watch address
containing the Company Watch sending domain: (companywatch.net) - Request your IT/Email team to add the following Company Watch
sending IP addresses to their allow list:
o 54.174.60.0/23
o 143.244.80.0/20
o 18.208.124.128/25
o 54.174.53.128/30
