Angelia Cookie: 'User not authorised' error
Troubleshooting tips
The Angelia cookie is used only for certain features in the application: one of which is to identify and authorise a user for access to Data Search.
If 'user not authorised' error presents to a user, we firstly advise that users logout and log back in to the platform so that the cookie is recreated.
If the problem persists, then it might be a setting on the browser that is preventing the cookie from being stored, in which case users might need to get help from their IT department to whitelist cookies from *.companywatch.net
